Una pieza fundamental para que una industria crezca, es sin duda preparar y ampliar el panorama de quienes llevan el control de la misma, con mayor razón si hablamos de un negocio como el de la moda. Y es justamente que pensando en esto, se desarrolla una vez al año en Cartagena el Ixel Moda.
Se trata de un congreso que durante tres días expone el panorama de la moda latinoamericana desde una perspectiva crítica y en el cual participan diseñadores, periodistas, representantes de las cámaras del vestido y calzado local y estudiantes de diseño.
Esta edición –la cuarta– presentó las colecciones de Isabel Henao, Francis Montesinos, Ricardo Pava, María del Pilar Cuero y Cilia Payares, que se complementaron con las pasarelas de jóvenes talentos de la Universidad Pontifica Bolivariana y Unidades Tecnológicas de Santader.
