El legendario diseñador de la Casa Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld, es nuestro nuevo cronista de moda para la edición de abril. Este alemán de padre sueco, nacido en Hamburgo, da consejos, tanto a las “fashions victims” como a aquéllas que no lo son tanto acerca de las últimas tendencias, que ropa llevar en cada ocasión y cómo vestir con estilo. Uno de estos consejos es no emplear la palabra “barato” cuando te refieras a cualquier prenda, puedes verte chic en ropa poco cara, los ricos también la compran, no debes usar ropa costosa para cubrir tus inseguridades, siéntete orgullosa de ti misma y no sólo porque uses ropa de diseñador.
Lagerfeld aconseja a las mujeres que descubran un look propio, algo que conseguirás si te miras desde arriba hasta la punta del pie en un espejo y te preguntas con sinceridad que tipo de ropa quieres llevar.
“Mi cometido -escribe en su primer articulo para Bazaar- es informar que ya ha llegado la hora del cambio. Espero que no tengan nada contra ello”.
